We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our purchases as we receive fresh flowers from 2 to 3 times a week, we guarantee our product’s quality.  Along with the flowers, customer gets our “take care” cards that help lasting flowers fresh longer. However due to the perishable nature of flowers, we keep the right not to issue a refund on any purchases made. Only if customer contact us on the same day with proven evidence that the flowers, he/she purchased were not fresh, we would be happy to ensure customer satisfaction by offering replacement for those orders or provide a discount for next order. Nonetheless all these occasions will be considered individually. Please call us to request help with an order if you were unsatisfied. Some restrictions may apply.

The maximum liability of any purchase is the total value of the purchase. We reserve the right to not issue refunds, redeliveries, credits, etc. at our sole discretion.

Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently on route to delivery. If you find it necessary to cancel, change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call us at (216)406-3603. We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via an e-mail.

Cancellation of orders that were placed 3 or less days prior to the date – cannot be guaranteed and are subject to a 20% charge. If arrangement were not made, some modifications are acceptable, such as size for additional payment, color schemes or flower variety if those are in stock. Event arrangements, special flower varieties (ex.: peonies, garden roses) etc. that were already ordered and paid before cannot be refunded or rescheduled for another week. However, always contact us during business hours for cancellation or rescheduling, we will do our best to help you with your request.


Please note that all orders must be confirmed by the payment, customer name, phone number, and pick up time. Orders that weren’t confirmed by the payment might be cancelled. In any situation when order wasn’t picked up by the requested day and the store wasn’t notified that the pick-up date is changed and wasn’t paid after 24 hours will be sold to another customer.


Occasionally, substitutions might be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain boxes or vases may be necessary due to increased demand, or if certain color are out of stock, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all-rose bouquet, or ranunculus, we make every attempt to match the flower type, but might substitute with another color.

We cannot guarantee specific flowers in areas other than in our local area, but we can guarantee that your gift will maintain the same quality that we cover with our 100% guarantee satisfaction.

Every order you place with us is taxable at the rate of 8% (sales tax) , that will be applied to the amount of the order. This sales tax rate is based upon the rate our shop is charged, regardless of the destination of your order.

Since we care about our furry friends and all kinds of pets, we insist that you keep this in mind when ordering flowers, plants, and gifts. No matter what, you should always try to keep flowers and plants away from pets (and children) and you must be cautious when choosing flowers to order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but cannot guarantee that the flowers or plants will be completely safe around pets. So be sure to always keep pets away from your beautiful flowers and plants. Currently we do not provide delivery, only store pick up. Although if you still need your arrangement to be delivered, you can call us and request it, we might do an exception for you for an additional fee. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Please note, during major floral holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we are unable to guarantee any timed delivery requests.
