Due to the delicate and perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered. Flower appearances can change rapidly, and we cannot ensure proper storage after delivery.

We will process returns or refunds only if:

  • The order is completely incorrect in terms of the type of flowers or arrangement size.

Please note that minor variations (such as missing or substituted flowers, different packaging, or vases) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our purchases. As we receive fresh flowers 3 times a week, we guarantee our product’s quality. Along with the flowers, customers receive our “take care” cards that help keep flowers fresh longer. However, due to the perishable nature of flowers, we reserve the right not to issue a refund on any purchases made. Nonetheless, all these occasions will be considered individually. Please call us to request help with an order if you are unsatisfied.

The maximum liability for any purchase is the total value of the purchase. We reserve the right not to issue refunds, redeliveries, credits, etc., at our sole discretion.

Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders that have already been delivered or are currently en route to delivery. For pick up orders, please verify the accuracy of your order before leaving our store, as we are not responsible for the order once it has been picked up. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Cancellation of orders that were placed 3 days or less before the date cannot be guaranteed and is subject to a 30% charge. If arrangements were not made, some modifications are acceptable, such as size for additional payment, color schemes, or flower variety if those are in stock. Event arrangements and special flower varieties (e.g., peonies, garden roses) that have already been ordered and paid for cannot be refunded or rescheduled for another week. However, please always contact us during business hours for cancellation or rescheduling; we will do our best to help you with your request.

SUBSTITUTION

During certain seasons, flower substitutions may be necessary due to availability. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain boxes or vases may be necessary due to increased demand or if certain colors are out of stock, especially during major holidays.

Rest assured, any substitutions made will be of equal or greater value, preserving the beauty and elegance of your arrangement. Our florists always prioritize the freshest flowers while considering seasonal availability and aesthetic appeal.
