ORDER CONFIRMATION
Please note that all orders must be confirmed by payment, customer name, phone number, and pick-up time. Orders that are not confirmed by payment may be canceled. In any situation where an order is not picked up by the requested day and the store has not been notified of a change in the pick-up date, the order will be considered canceled and may be sold to another customer if it has not been paid for after 24 hours.
PAYMENTS AND TAX
The following payment methods are offered:

– PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle (only via phone call, direct message, or Instagram)
– Cash
– Check (events or weddings only)
Every order you place with us is subject to a sales tax of 8%, which will be applied to the total amount of the order. This sales tax rate is based on the rate our shop is charged, regardless of the destination of your order.
PETS AND FLOWERS AND PLANTS
If you are purchasing flowers for yourself or someone else, please note that some flowers and plants can be toxic to pets. Since we care about our furry friends and all kinds of pets, we insist that you keep this in mind when ordering flowers, plants, and gifts. No matter what, you should always try to keep flowers and plants away from pets (and children), and you must be cautious when choosing flowers to order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee that the flowers or plants will be completely safe around pets. Therefore, always ensure that pets are kept away from your beautiful flowers and plants. Please review trusted resources and consult your professional veterinarian before keeping any flowers or plants around pets.
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS: EXCLUSIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
In addition to any specific discount and promotion code restrictions and exclusions, unless explicitly stated otherwise, all offers and promotions are:
– Valid for local delivery only within our delivery area
– Valid online only
– Cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts
– Not valid for events or weddings
– Not valid on previous orders
– Not valid for custom designs or special flowers (e.g., peonies)
– Not valid on orders over $300
– Promotions and discounts have no cash value
– Other restrictions or exclusions may still apply. We reserve the right to deny service to any customer for any reason.
DELIVERY
Currently, we do not provide delivery; only pickup is available. However, if you still need your arrangement delivered, you can call us to request it. We may make an exception for you for an additional fee. Please note that we are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Additionally, during major floral holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we are unable to guarantee any timed delivery requests.
